How does an Employer join the Wyoming Retirement System?

If your organization is interested in joining the Wyoming Retirement System (WRS) pension plan, contact the WRS Employer Relations section. You will need to supply the required documents (listed below) and submit the completed Employer application to WRS. We will review to determine if your organization is eligible to join the system. 

Required Documents

  • Employer Application (top right of the page)
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • By-Laws
  • Organization Chart
  • Mission Statement
  • Income and Expense Statement/Budget

Once the agency is approved to join the system, a WRS-32 will be sent for signatures.
