Governor Mark Gordon appointed Clinton Becker to represent the Search and Rescue members on the Volunteer Plan Board.

Mr. Becker moved to Converse County in 1986 to serve as a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper. He served for 20 years with the Patrol.
Currently, as Converse County Sheriff he oversees the Search and Rescue Operations for the county, as an all-volunteer organization it gives their time to help those who lose their way. The group is made up of approximately 30 members of varying ages and experiences with a wide variety of skills.
