Jim Ruby is a licensed attorney, currently serving as the Executive Officer for the State of Wyoming Environmental Quality Council.
Born and raised on a horse ranch in Western Nebraska, he received dual degrees in Political Science and English before graduating from the Nebraska College of Law.
As an executive and attorney, Ruby has over 20 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, and government relations. He previously served as the Seward County, Nebraska, County Attorney and legal counsel for the Nebraska State Legislature.
